Offense Defense is a a game requiring only two courts.
The group is divided into two teams of relatively equal strength. Team A owns court 1 and Team B owns court 2. Each team gathers in their own court and decides on a “strategy” for order of players.
Teach team sends one player over to the other side and the game starts. () It’s important that the game starts in each court at the same time.)
The player that has been sent to the other side is the “defender”. following 3⁄4 court the defender receives the serve. Each point that the defender loses counts toward the total. Points that the defender wins simply keeps him “in the game” Once the defender has lost 10 points he returns to his own team, and another defender is sent over.
Of course the same has been happening on the other side. Each team works to accumulate points against the defender as fast as possible. Meanwhile the defender works to extend each rally as long as possible. The team that manages to keep defending the longest wins.
